Delivery (UK)

UK Delivery Cost:

Postage and packaging is £4 (for this price you will also be entitled to FREE returns collection!). Your dress will be dispatched on a next day delivery service. Your prom dress will be delivered in specialist packing and delivery will be made by courier.

UK Delivery Time:

Orders placed on a weekday before 1pm: your dress will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.
Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or on a weekend or bank holiday: your dress will be dispatched the following working day on a next day delivery service.

Please note that we only deliver on weekdays e.g. if your dress is dispatched on a Friday it will be delivered on a Monday.

Please note that although we dispatch all dresses on a 24 hour delivery service, we cannot guarantee this service.

UK Delivery Method:

Our couriers typically deliver 9am – 5.30pm. A signature is required on delivery.

If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and leave a delivery card with a telephone number on it. You can then call them to rearrange a delivery time any time up to 8pm on weekdays.

Returns (UK)

** We offer a 7 day money back guarantee and free returns to all UK customers **

Returns Policy:

You can return any dress (still in its packaging and original condition) for a goodwill refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Return cost:

We offer FREE courier collection to customers wishing to return their original purchase for refund or exchange (collection must be booked to take place within 7 days of that date on which the dress was delivered).

Exchanges:

Postage on prom dresses sent out in exchange is FREE. So if you order a dress from us and want to exchange it for another we will collect it for FREE and send the replacement out for FREE (we wouldn't want anything to get in the way of you finding your perfect dress!).

Refunds:

We do not charge restocking fees. You refund will be paid back to your original payment method.

All postage and taxes incurred will be the customer's sole responsibility.

Returns:

Regrettably we can only offer free returns postage to UK customers. Customers outside of the UK will be asked to arrange their own return postage at their own cost. Please note that your dress will remain your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you insure it up to its full value.

If you require an exchange this may require additional postage charges. You will need to ensure that the dress reaches us within 7 days of the date on which it was delivered to you.

Please note that, if you are returning a dress to us from outside of the EU, UK customs may apply customs charges when you return the dress.  We have two options if they do:

1. We can challenge the customs fees with HMRC (the UK government body responsible for UK customs). This can take a few weeks to resolve. The dress will not be released (and your refund/exchange will not be processed) until the matter is resolved with HMRC.
2. We can pay the customs fees and have the dress released. If you require an exchange we will ask you to forward us the customs fees. If you require a refund we will deduct the customs fees from your refund. We will then apply to HMRC to have the customs charges reversed. If they are reversed then we will refund them to you.
   

We urge non-EU customers to take into account the above when deciding whether or not to order from us.
