Sizing
What size do I need?
Just like sizes vary from shop to shop on the highstreet sizes also vary between eveningwear brands. Many people find that they are a different size to that which they would normally wear. In addition, if you have tried prom dresses on in the shops you may have been told their American sizes rather than their UK sizes. We therefore highly recommend that you take your measurements before ordering a dress. Our sizes are as follows (please see below for a guide to taking your measurements):
Please note, if you are ordering a ball gown/princess dress: The only measurement which is really important is your waist measurement. If you are unsure what size you require, we will be happy to offer the advice you need to help you decide. Please email contact@promroyalty.com. It is also worth remembering that if you get the wrong size, we can collect and exchange it for free within 7 days!
How to Measure Yourself:
How long are the dresses?
The dresses measure 59 inches from throat to floor. To take your throat to floor measurement please see the above sizing guide. If you require any further help please email contact@promroyalty.com.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
If you try on the dress and it is the wrong size contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can exchange it for another size. We will arrange to collect the dress by courier for free and send out a replacement size for free.
My measurements are all different sizes, what should I do?
If you are ordering a ball gown style prom dress then order the size which best matches your waist measurement.
If you are ordering any other gown, order a dress in the same size as your biggest measurement.
I want a size smaller than a UK 6 or larger than a UK 16?
Sorry,our dresses are currently only available in UK sizes 6 – 16.
Can I make a dress shorter?
Yes. The skirts of most styles can be shortened as much as you require. Mia can be shortened by a maximum of 8 inches due to beading along the bottom.
Can you make dresses for petite/tall measurements?
We do not currently offer petite or large size prom dresses.
I have purchased a dress and want to return it. What do I do?
Please see the delivery note which came with your dress for instructions. Alternativley please see the dispatch email sent when your dress was dispatched.
Delivery
How much is delivery of a dress?
Delivery costs £4 to UK addresses. If you live outside of the UK please see our Help & Contact section.
How long does delivery take?
UK Delivery Time:
Orders placed on a weekday before 1pm: your dress will be dispatched the same day on a next working day service.
Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or on a weekend or bank holiday: your dress will be dispatched the following working day on a next day delivery service. Please note that our courier does not deliver at the weekends.
Outside of the UK:
Please refer to the help and contact section for a list of delivery time outside of the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please see out help & contact section.
What if no one is in when the dress is delivered?
The courier will leave a card and their number so that you can call them to rearrange delivery.
Will I get charged customs charges?
UK and European Union based customers: No.
Customers based outside of the European Union: You may be liable to pay customs charges on your gown. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on how much these might be. We recommend customers contact the body in charge of their nations Customs and Excise (Google: [the name of your country] customs!).
I have a function in 2 days and need a dress quickly - can you help?
We delivery our dresses on a next day service as standard. Whether you receive the dress the day after you order it will depend on the time and day that your order it.

Returns
Can I return a dress?
UK Customers:We can arrange FREE courier collection and the exchange or refund of any unworn, undamaged dresses returned within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for another colour/style/size we will send out your new dress for FREE. If you wish to receive a refund we will return the purchase price of the dress to you in full.
Customer outside of the UK: We will exchange or refund of any unworn, undamaged prom dresses returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be resposible for all return delivery costs and any customs/taxes. If you would like more info please contact us.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy.
How do I return a dress?
Please see the delivery note which came with your order for contact details and details of the information you will provide. Please note that we regret that we are unable to process returns requests by telephone.
How much will it cost me to return a dress?
If you contact us within 4 days of receiving the dress we can arrange free courier collection.
Shops
Do you have any shops?
We are able to offer such great prices because we sell exclusively online. We do occasonaly hold trunk shows (where you can try the dresses) around the UK. If you would like to be notified about these events please send an email to contact@promroyalty.com stating your nearest city.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Visa Electron.
We also accept payments via Paypal.
