Exceptions

We do everything we can to make sure that no-one at your prom will be wearing the same prom dress as you, but there are some (understandable) exceptions:

If either of the prom dresses were not registered at the time of purchase.
If either prom dress was registered for the wrong prom knowingly or otherwise. We cannot be held responsible in instances in which customers have fraudulently told us they are going to a different prom. (This situation is very unlikely! Who would want to buy a dress for a prom that they knew someone else wearing?! )
If your school is holding a prom jointly with another school OR with between to years at your school AND you do not contact us by email (i) before your purchase or (ii) within 2 hours of your purchase to tell us this. Our policy does not apply:

When one or both dresses were not purchased from Prom Royalty.
When one or both dresses were borrowed or purchased second hand.

How to Register

When you are on the product page for any prom dress click on the round purple button to the right of the title and price of the dress.
You'll be asked to use the drop down menu to select the event, the year in which the event is taking place, the county your school is in and your school name. Once you have selected the correct information you can then click 'check the register' to check to see if the prom dress you would like is available for your prom.
If your prom dress is available you will be able to select the size you require from a drop down list. Once you have done this you can add the dress to your shopping bag using the pink button.

School not Listed?

If you can't find your school on the register please email contact@promroyalty.com with the full name, address and phone number of your school. Our webmaster will verify this information and add your school to the prom dress register, before emailing you to confirm that your school has been added to the register.

Joint Proms

If your school is having a joint prom (between two school or between two or more years at your school) please email contact@promroyalty.com to tell us this. If you do not contact us to tell us this within 2 hours of registering your prom dress then your registration will be void. Please email us with the name and contact details of your school, as well as the name of any schools with which you will jointly be having your prom..
