Delivery costs £4.
Delivery time
The time it takes to deliver your dress will depend on how soon we will be able to dispatch it to you. Once your dress is available for dispatch it will be sent using a courier on a next day service. Please check the 'delivery' section on the page of your chosen dress for a delivery estimate.

Our couriers typically deliver 9am – 5.30pm. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and leave a delivery card with a telephone number on it. You can then call them to rearrange a delivery time any time up to 8pm on weekdays.
Returns (UK)
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee
Returns Policy:
You can return any dress (still in its packaging and original condition) for a goodwill refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Cost of returning an item:
Evening dresses and short dresses can be returned to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you state the code DELSUB12 when requesting to return your item we will subsidise the cost of this by £4, meaning the total return cost to you will be around £3.
We will arrange courrier collection for large poofy/princess prom dresses. The charge for this is £6 or £4 if you state the code CORSUB12 when requesing to return your item.

Exchanges:
Postage on all prom dresses sent out in exchange is free should you decide to keep the exchange dress. Should you decide to return the exchange dress postage will be charged at £4 and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
We do not charge restocking fees. You refund will be paid back to your original payment method.
Please return accessories using a trackable method.

Please email us prior to returning your item and we will email you with the correct return address for your item.
How to return:
For ball gowns, ball dresses & poofy, full length prom dresses:
We offer a collection service for dresses delivered to Mainland Scotland, England and Wales as these dresses are too big to be sent via Royal Mail. The charge for this subsidised collection service is £6.
Please email us at contact@promroyalty.com to book your return. Simply return the dress in the same packaging you received it, enclosing the email sent to you when you ordered.
For all other dresses (e.g. evening dresses, short dresses):
You can return gowns to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Simply return the dress in the same packaging you received it, enclosing the email sent to you when you ordered.
Please email us at contact@promroyalty.com prior to returning your dress in order for us to confirm the returns address.
Your gown will be insured up to £250 when you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that your gown will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. If your gown is worth over £250 you may wish to insure it up to its full value.

Please note that your dress will remain your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you insure it up to its full value.
If you require an exchange this may require additional postage charges. You will need to ensure that the dress reaches us within 7 days of the date on which it was delivered to you.
Returns (customers outside of the EU):
Regrettably we cannot offer refunds or exchanges to customers who are based outside of Europe.
We urge non-EU customers to take into account the above when deciding whether or not to order from us.
