Prom Royalty is based in England.

UK customers: Postage and packing costs £4. We choose to dispatchall our dresses using a next day delivery service. If you wish to return a dress we will collect it by courier for FREE.

UK Delivery Time:

Orders placed on a weekday before 1pm: you will receive your prom dress the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or on a weekend or bank holiday: your dress will be dispatched the following working day on a next day delivery service.

Please note that we only deliver on weekdays e.g. if your dress is dispatched on a Friday it will be delivered on a Monday.

Returns

** We offer a 7 day money back guarantee and free returns to all UK customers **

UK Customers: We offer FREE courier collection to customers wishing to return their original purchase for refund or exchange (the collection must be booked to take place within 7 days of that date on which the dress was delivered).

We will refund or exchange any unworn, undamaged dress within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for another colour/style/size we will send out your new dress for FREE. If you wish to receive a refund we will return the purchase price of the dress to you in full. For more details please click here.

Customer outside of the UK: We will exchange or refund of any unworn, undamaged prom dresses returned within 7 days of delivery. Returning the dress to us will be your responsibility and the dress will remain your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. You will be responsible for all return delivery costs and any customs/taxes incurred. For more details please click here.

Dress Lengths

The dresses measure 59 inches from throat to floor. For more info please click here for our sizing guide. If you require any further help please email contact@promroyalty.com.

Adjusting the lengths of our dresses is a fairly simple job which could be carried out by any good seamstress or dressmaker.

As customising dress lengths requires the customer to be present, we regret that we are unable to carry out dress alterations for our customers.

Shops

We are able to offer such great prices because we sell exclusively online. We do occasonaly hold trunk shows (where you can try the dresses) around the UK. If you would like to be notified about these events please send an email to contact@promroyalty.com stating your nearest city.

We also accept payments via Paypal.

You will be given a choice of how to pay during the checkout process.
